The Hyatt Regency DFW is pet friendly, in accordance with the following policies:


  • ADA-assisting service animals
  • 1 small pet per room
  • Animals must be in crate/cage at all times while in the room
  • Guests with animals should not linger in the hotel lobby
  • Animals must be quiet, as noise can be disruptive toward other guests
  • Any damages to guestroom or hotel will be charged to the credit card on file


Please note if the hotel receives any complaints from guests or employees regarding the animal, the hotel reserves the right to act in its own interest and guest may be asked to relocate the animal from the premises.


Upon leaving the hotel, the room in which the animal stayed must be fumigated and shampooed. Guests agrees to provide a $75.00 non-refundable deposit, per room, for cleaning charges.


Should the pet owner not agree to the preceding terms, Hyatt Regency DFW has the right to relinquish the reserved guestroom of the owner.
